Tech Support & FAQs

Please read the FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions) in the game's
Help file, and the new ones below, before you email tech support.

As more FAQs come in, their answers will be posted here.
You should also check out the Bug Reporting & Notices page.

Q:  How can I make the tiles bigger?
A:  Changing your display to 640 x 480 will make the tiles bigger.
Here's how:
1. Click Start Menu, select Settings > Control Panel
2. Double-click Display icon
3. Click Settings tab
4. Move pointer under "Desktop area" all the way to the left
("640 x 480 pixels" will be displayed as size)
5. You can checkmark "Show settings icon on task bar"
(above OK button) to access the display settings quicker
via the Taskbar's tray
6. Click OK
7. You may be asked to confirm this change,
so just keep clicking OK if everything looks OK.

After you exit the game, you can reset the display
to your normal settings (and a lot quicker if you
have the Display icon in the Taskbar's tray)

Q:  Why is there a trail of dice, etc. left on screen?
A:  The video hardware acceleration is set too fast.
Steps to fix:
1. Click Start Menu, select Settings > Control Panel
2. Double-click System icon
3. Click Performance tab, then Graphics button
4. Move pointer to the right of "Hardware acceleration"
one or two notches to the left, but not alway to the left
5. Click OK, then Close
6. Click Yes to restart computer
7. Run game and see if that fixed it
If not, then email tech support
